Description:

A potent, specfic casein kinase 1δ (CK1δ) inhibitor with IC50 of 40 nM; exhibits 5-fold higher affinity towards CK1δ than to CK1ε (IC50=199 nM), demonstrates good selectivity against a panel of over 442 kinases; inhibits proliferation of tumor cell lines in a dose and cell line specific manner.
