Description:

A potent and selective TAAR1 partial agonist with Ki of 0.5, 1.0, 6.8 and 2.6 nM for mouse, rat, human and monkey TAAR1, respectively; displays >130-fold fold selectivity of mouse TAAR1 Ki over a panel of 149 target proteins; increases the firing frequency of dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons in the ventral tegmental area and the dorsal raphe nucleus, demonstrates clear antipsychotic- and antidepressant-like activities as well as potential anxiolytic-like properties.
