Description:	ZM223 is a novel non-sulfamide NEDD8 activating enzyme inhibitor that inhibits HCT116 colon cancer cells with an IC50 value of 100 nM.
Target:	IC50: 100 nM (HCT116), 122 nM (U-2OS)[1]
In Vitro:	ZM223 exhibits excellent antitumor activities against both HCT116 and U-2OS cells (IC50=100, 122 nM)[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: HCT-116 cells Concentration: 0.1, 1 μM Incubation Time: 4 hours Result: ZM223 inhibited NEDD8 protein and subsequently elevated UBC12 level[1].
