Description:

A fucose analog that inhibits Dll-induced Notch signaling by reducing Notch ligand Dll1-Notch1 binding, but not Jag1; is the substrate of protein O-fucosyltransferase 1 (Pofut1), incorporates into EGF8 of Notch1 and markedly reduces the ability of Delta ligands to bind and activate Notch1; inhibits Notch signaling in Zebrafish.
