Description:

SIG-1191 (SIG1191) is a soprenylcysteine (IPC) small molecule with anti-inflammatory activity, inhibits UVB-induced inflammation blocking pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) production; increases AQP3 expression in cultured normal human epidermal keratinocytes, dose dependently increased AQP3 protein levels.
