Conversion method based on body surface area, for example, to use adriamycin rat dose of 10 mg/kg dose conversion into mice, need to be 10 mg/kg Km multiplied by the coefficient of rats (6), divided by coefficient of Km mice (3), get the equivalent dose of adriamycin for mice to 20 mg/kg.
