Description:

BDT001 is a first-in-class, non-competitive FLT3 negative allosteric modulator, effectively prevents extracellular cytokine FL binding to FLT3 with IC50 of 11 uM; inhibits FL-induced FLT3 phosphorylation in leukemia-derived RS4-11 cells with IC50 of 18-24 uM; reverses the potentiation by FL with a maximal effect at 1 uM, with no effect on capsaicin-induced TRPV1 activation nor basal Ca2+ in primary cultures of adult DRG neurons; strongly reduces nerve injury-induced sensory hypersensitivity, with no effect on nociception in non-injured animals.
