Description:

DKFZ-633 (DKFZ633) is a selective inhibitor of Kallikrein-related peptidase 6 (KLK6) with IC50 of 0.25 uM, demonstrates good selectivity for KLK6 compared to other KLKs; DKFZ-633 is a useful chemical probe to pull down active endogenous KLK6.
