Description:

S18-000003 (S18-000003) is a potent, selective, orally bioavailable RORγt inhibitor with IC50 of 29 nM (hRORγt, GAL4), shows no significant activity against RORα, RORβ and LXRα/β(IC50>10 uM); inhibits IL-17 production in the skin of IL-23-treated mice by oral administration (30 mg/kg).
