Description: BMVC-8C3O is a DNA G-quadruplexe (G4) ligand which can induce topological conversion of non-parallel to parallel forms in human telomeric DNA G4s[1].
In Vitro: BMVC-8C3O induces topological conversion of Tel23 from a hybrid-I G4 to a parallel G4 in K+solution[1]. BMVC-8C3O binding can induce topological changes of different non-parallel human telomeric G4s into the same parallel topology[1].
