Description:

In Vitro Stachyose highly promotes proliferation of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) by inducing LAB to produce more α-galactosidase to hydrolyze stachyose. In Vivo Stachyose may improve bioavailability of genistein via inhibiting intestinal degradation and first-pass metabolism of soy genistein.
