Description: COH29 overcome hydroxyurea and gemcitabine resistance in cancer cells. It effectively inhibits proliferation of most cell lines in the NCI 60 human cancer panel, most notably ovarian cancer and leukemia, but exerts little effect on normal fibroblasts or endothelial cells. Site-directed mutagenesis, NMR and surface plasmon resonance biosensor studies confirm COH29 binding to the proposed ligand-binding pocket and offer evidence for assembly blockade of the RRM1-RRM2 quaternary structure.COH29 results in a dose-dependent inhibition of MOLT-4 tumor xenograft growth with twice-daily oral dosing at 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg, which is pronounced by Day 12 of treatment. Similarly, 7 days of treatment of mice bearing TOV11D xenografts with 200, 300, or 400 mg/kg/day COH29 results in a dose-dependent inhibition of tumor xenograft growth. Tumor growth is significantly inhibited compared with the control group.

DC47688 Prunasin Prunasin is a inhibitor of DNA Polymerase β.
DC47687 DHPS-IN-1 DHPS-IN-1, with the best DHPS inhibitory potency (IC50 = 0.014 μM), exhibits excellent inhibition against melanoma cells.
DC47686 Thio-ITP Thio-ITP (6-Thioinosine 5′-triphosphate) is a RNA polymerase activities competitive inhibitor.
DC47685 S-(N-PhenethylthiocarbaMoyl)-L-cysteine S-(N-PhenethylthiocarbaMoyl)-L-cysteine, a anticarcinogenic agent, has antileukaemic activity with a GC50 value of 336 nM. S-(N-PhenethylthiocarbaMoyl)-L-cysteine inhibits DNA synthesis in HL60 cells .
DC47219 8-Aminoadenosine 8-Aminoadenosine (8-NH2-Ado), a RNA-directed nucleoside analogue, reduces cellular ATP levels and inhibits mRNA synthesis. 8-Aminoadenosine blocks Akt/mTOR signaling and induces autophagy and apoptosis in a p53-independent manner. 8-Aminoadenosine has antitumor activity.
DC46685 Uridine triphosphate 13C9,15N2 sodium Uridine triphosphate 13C9,15N2 (UTP 13C9,15N2) sodium is a labeled Uridine triphosphate sodium. Uridine triphosphate sodium can be used in nucleic acid synthesis.
DC46684 Cytidine-5'-triphosphate Cytidine 5′-triphosphate (5'-CTP) is a nucleoside triphosphate and serves as a building block for nucleotides and nucleic acids, lipid biosynthesis. Cytidine triphosphate synthase can catalyze the formation of cytidine 5′-triphosphate from uridine 5′-triphosphate (UTP). Cytidine 5′-triphosphate is an essential biomolecule in the de novo pyrimidine biosynthetic pathway in T. gondii.
DC46683 5-O-TBDMS-N4-Benzoyl-2-deoxycytidine 5-O-TBDMS-N4-Benzoyl-2-deoxycytidine is a modified nucleoside. 5-O-TBDMS-N4-Benzoyl-2-deoxycytidine can be used in the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid or nucleic acid.
DC46682 5'-O-TBDMS-dT 5'-O-TBDMS-dT is a nucleoside with protective and modification effects.
DC46681 5'-O-TBDMS-dG 5'-O-TBDMS-dG is a modified nucleoside. 5'-O-DMT-2'-O-TBDMS-rI can be used in the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid or nucleic acid.
