Description:

SNIPER(ABL)-062 is a novel, potent SNIPER molecule that tethers BCR-ABL inhibitor to a ligand of IAP, causes potent BCR-ABL degradation; shows desirable binding affinities against ABL1, cIAP1/2, and XIAP (IC50=80-500 nM), inhibits BCR-ABL-mediated signaling pathways and CML proliferation in cells expressing BCR-ABL.
