Description:

A potent, selective, orally active nociceptin opioid receptor (NOP) agonist with EC50 of 12 nM, Ki of 0.3 nM; displays >50-fold over the mu-, kappa-, and delta-opioid receptors; produces anxiolytic-like effects in rats, does not disrupt overt behavior.
