Description:

SNIPER(AR)-51 is a specific and nongenetic, protein degradation inducer of androgen receptor, consistiong of AR ligand and IAP ligand and linker; induces proteasomal degradation of AR and shows effective protein knockdown activity; inhibits AR-mediated gene expression and proliferation of androgen-dependent prostate cancer cells, and efficiently induces caspase activation and apoptosis in prostate cancer cells.
