Description:

RNase L-IN-2 is a small-molecule activator of RNase L with EC50 of 22 uM; shows broad-spectrum antiviral activity against diverse types of RNA viruses, including the human pathogen human parainfluenza virus type 3, with no cytotoxic at the effective concentrations.
