Description:

TBOPP is a selective inhibitor of Rac-specific guanine nucleotide exchange factor DOCK1, inhibits DOCK1-mediated Rac activation with IC50 of 8.4 uM; binds to DOCK1 DHR-2 domain with Kd of 7.1 uM; dampens DOCK1-mediated invasion, macropinocytosis, and survival under the condition of glutamine deprivation without impairing the biological functions of DOCK2 and DOCK5 proteins; blocks cancer cell invasion and survival in vitro, suppresses cancer metastasis and growth in vivo in mice.
