Description:

SB772077B (SB-772077B, SB77, SB-772077-B) is a potent, selective Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor with IC50 of 5.6 nM and 6.0 nM for ROCK1 and ROCK2, respectively; blocks the generation of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6 and TNF-alpha; induces vasorelaxation in preconstricted rat aorta with IC50 of 39 nM; produces a profound dose-dependent reduction of systemic blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats.
