Description: T1551 is a novel selective PRMT5 inhibitor with IC50 of 34.1 uM, decreases cell viability of A549 cell with IC50 of 5.8 uM (72h); decreases cell viability of A549 and H460 non-small cell lung cancer cell lines, reduces the global level of H4R3 symmetric dimethylation (H4R3me2s), also downregulates the expression of oncogene FGFR3 and eIF4E, and disturbes the activation of related PI3K/AKT/mTOR and ERK signaling in A549 cell.
